• In original brand packaging
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
• Used, damaged, or altered products
• Products without original packaging
• Returns initiated after 30 days
How to Return
1. Email info@shopdawntide.com with your order number and return reason.
2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
3. Pack securely and ship to the address we provide.
4. Once received and inspected, refund or replacement processed within [X] business days.
Refunds
• Credited to original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping charges non-refundable unless error is ours
• COD refunds via bank transfer or UPI
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
