•       Orders dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation

•       Orders on public holidays or Sundays may dispatch the next business day

 

Shipping Charges

•       Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000

•       Flat shipping charge of ₹1000 on orders below ₹1000

•       Cash on Delivery orders: additional ₹99 handling charge

 

Delivery Timelines

•       Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days

•       Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days

•       Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Tracking

A tracking link is sent via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched. If no tracking update within 48 hours, email info@shopdawntide.com.

 

Delivery Areas

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not currently available.

 

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will re-attempt. After [X] failed attempts the package returns to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment — additional charges may apply.
